The corporate entity that existed as GrndNtl Brnds was comprised of myself (drums), Dren McDonald of Giant Ant Farm (vocals and guitars), Kris Langan from Fibulator (vocal, guitar, bass), and Rick Weldon of Little My (vocals, guitar, bass & keyboards).
GrndNtl Brnds' sound was reflective of our mission statement to maximize the client's return on investment, provide seamless service enterprise-wide, hasten product implementation, and minimize risk and unnecessary complexity. The 2002 federal investigation of our parent company Grand National Brands concerning allegations of inflating revenue by selling product to itself forced GrndNtl Brnds into an unfortunate legal and ethical position. In order to avoid further legal complications GrndNtl Brnds dissolved as a corporate entity.
